UV system needs water cooling and our company provides multiple solutions. Air-cooled cooling-water machine or water/water heat exchange system with cooling water provided by customer is used indoors. Meanwhile the whole set of refrigeration scheme is provided.
Using our water-cooling system scheme with intellectual property patent, the biggest advantage of such mode is energy saving with easy maintenance.
Direct energy savings
Energy savings from UV power can be enormous and it compounds annually. On a 6-lamp, 1050mm UV press operating 5,000 hours annually, as much as 140,000kW hours can be saved each year. At current energy prices, these saving range between ¥55080 and ¥117045 annually on a single press. In Europe and Japan where energy costs can be even higher, savings can be as high as ¥220320 annually.
